This is a strictly hard bean of the Bourbon, Caturra and Catuai variety.  It's distinct aroma comes from blending the regions cafes de Oriente and Huehuetenango together, giving this bean a fancy cup status. This blending of regions gives this bean a high acidity and a winey quality, plus sweetness and body, with taste notes of apple pie, chocolate and tangerine. This bean is medium body and balanced.
