Thank you for joining or returning to our market; we look forward to working with you. Please review this packet thoroughly and contact us with questions. Our markets offer a friendly, cooperative and enthusiastic culture as well as a blend of products and services along with a 65% emphasis on produce and consumable food and drink.

We prefer you participate in all dates for each location but alternatively, you may select specific dates. We also participate in craft fairs, pop-ups and more in the off-season (November-May).



  • 1 location – $50
  • PLUS 10% of sales per date or a $30 minimum/day  (whichever is higher)


  • Each additional tent beyond 1 is $10/tent/day

  1. Registration is $50.
  2. It is an additional $10 per tent per date if you need more than 1 tent.
  3. Your registration payment is due at the time of application.
  4. Registration does not guarantee acceptance but we will do everything possible to include you.
  5. Registration and payment may be completed via online, email or mail.
  6. Any returned checks are subject to a $35 fee.
  7. All applicable insurance and certifications must be emailed or mailed (address below).
  8. There will be no refunds issued whatsoever.
  9. We will collect 10% of day-of-sales or a minimum (whichever is higher) per date per location.
  10. The minimum varies by location, is specified on registration pages and failure to comply may lead to expulsion.
  11. If you are going to miss a registered date, please contact Matthew 72 hours ahead of time.

This will be promoted through farmers market, vendors, community engagement, digital campaign (signage, flyer, LED sign, etc.) and other TBD. We ask that you also actively promote this through all available means.
